Purpose of the Register
The purpose of this register is to serve as the customer data register for Ki-Sal Oy.

The primary source of information is the customer themselves. Information may also be obtained from public authority and business registers, as well as from mutual partners.
Contents of the Register
The register primarily contains information provided by the customers to Ki-Sal Oy.
The register may include the following customer data:

- Any other information provided by the user
Regular Disclosure of Data
With the customer’s consent, information may be disclosed to mutual partners of the customer and Ki-Sal Oy to deliver the products and services ordered by the customer.
Billing information may be disclosed to payment intermediaries.
Data will not be disclosed to other third parties within or outside the EU.
Data may be disclosed to authorities if they present a request based on Finnish law.
Principles of Register Protection
Manual Data
Data is not stored in physical copies, except for accounting records, which can only be accessed by specific employees of the COMPANY and the accountant, all bound by confidentiality.
Data Stored in Information Systems
Data is transferred over an SSL-secured connection.
Electronic data is protected by a firewall. Only designated employees of Ki-Sal Oy have access to the register data. Employees are identified by a username and password. The data is treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone other than those who need it for their work, and who are bound by confidentiality.
Right of Access and Objection
The data subject has the right to check what information concerning them has been stored in the personal data register. A written request for inspection must be sent, signed, to the person in charge of register matters.
The right of inspection is free of charge when executed at most once a year.
Retention Period of Data
We retain personal data only for the time necessary, depending on the type of data and its processing purpose.
