Order and delivery terms for companies
The contract terms below are applied to the store owned and operated by Ki-Sal Oy (www.kisal.fi) and to orders and purchase transactions for Ki-Sal products there.

Ki-Sal has the right to update these terms at any time. The updated terms apply to orders and transactions made on or after the date the terms are updated.
If any section of the terms and conditions is later found to be invalid, it will not affect other sections of the terms and conditions, which remain valid. The section found to be invalid will be replaced by a new one, which is as close as possible to the original section of the terms and conditions and complies with the legislation.
By using and buying from the online store, you express your acceptance of these terms, and you are aware that we may send you e-mail and/or text messages regarding your order, e.g., regarding shipment delivery and/or payments.
In Ki-Sal’s shop, all companies with a valid Y ID and whose billing and delivery address are in Finland can place an order. We do not deliver orders abroad. We reserve the right to grant or not grant purchase rights to corporate and private customers.
You can place an order directly and no separate login is required. If your customer information cannot be found in our customer information system, we will establish a new customer account. For customer account, we need a company ID (Y-tunnus), delivery and billing addresses, and the contact information of the contact person. For new customers, we always check your company’s credit information from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy.
When the order has reached us, we will contact you and confirm the availability and prices of the products. Once the customer has accepted this information, the order will be forwarded. The freight allowance limit for orders is 300 euros. For orders smaller than that, the delivery fee is 30 euros. The processing time for online store orders is one business day, and the delivery time is 1–3 business days. Deliveries outside the capital region may differ from this due to Kaukokiito’s freight schedule and booking situation or due to product delivery to Kaukokiito’s intermediate terminals. Ki-Sal Oy reserves the right to delay deliveries. If the arrival of the order is delayed by more than 3 business days, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Customers can also pick up their order at a separately agreed time from our Vantaa warehouse free of charge at Vapaalantie 8, 01650 VANTAA.
Ki-Sal is not responsible for delivery delays or other breach of contract caused by force majeure.
All our products have a right of return for 14 days. The customer must return the product unused and in its original condition. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defective and incorrectly delivered products will be replaced with new, correct products. We always deliver new products for defective and incorrect products, and if that is not possible, we will refund them. Defective and incorrect products are picked up by the transport company, and the pickups are free of charge for our customers.
In possible recall situations, Ki-Sal is in direct contact with the customer and agrees on the return and removal of the products from sale. We will deliver the new products to our customer and if it is not possible to deliver the new products, we will refund the withdrawn products.
Ki-Sal Oy is not liable for compensation if the product in its online store is out of stock, which is why it cannot be delivered to the customer. All product images displayed in the online store are only examples of the products on sale. If there are incorrect pictures and information in the online store, Ki-Sal is not liable for compensation in that case either. Ki-Sal has the right to correct errors in the online store and update or change information at any time.
